One of Jazz St. Louis’ most recognizable education programs, the All-Stars are comprised of the area’s top high school talent. Following area-wide auditions, this group meets weekly at Jazz at the Bistro, focusing on improvisation, composition and performance. Throughout the year, these emerging musicians perform at various festivals and community events, serving as Jazz St. Louis’ cultural ambassadors. In addition, they are also featured performers on Jazz at the Bistro’s Spotlight Series.

Auditions for the 2011-2012 Jazz St. Louis All-Stars will be held on Monday, June 13 and Monday, June 20, 2011. Auditions are held at Jazz at the Bistro (3663 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103). Check back in January of 2012 to download an application.
