One of Jazz St. Louis’ most recognizable education programs, the All-Stars is a component of the JazzU program and comprises the area’s top high school talent. Following area-wide auditions, this group meets weekly at Jazz at the Bistro, focusing on improvisation, composition and performance. Throughout the year, these emerging musicians perform at various festivals and community events, serving as Jazz St. Louis’ cultural ambassadors. In addition, they are also featured performers on Jazz at the Bistro’s Spotlight Series.
