Grand Bridge Closure
The Grand Avenue Bridge between Chouteau and Highway 64/40 will be closed for reconstruction until approximately May 2012.
This closure will primarily affect the patrons that use Highway 44 to access Jazz at the Bistro and the Grand Center District.
Most importantly, the Highway 64/40 exit onto northbound Grand will remain OPEN during the construction.
Alternate routes if using Highway 44:
- Use the Vandeventer Ave. exit (one exit west of Grand)
- Use the Jefferson Ave. exit (one exit east of Grand)
- Exit at Grand, proceed north. At Chouteau, turn east to Compton, then north to enter the District. Or, at Chouteau, turn west to Vandeventer, then north to enter the District,
- Exit at Hampton, cross over to Hwy 64/40 eastbound and exit at Grand Ave. and proceed north to enter the District.

Parking meters in Grand Center have reverted back to the city standard, running from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday – Saturday. This change took effect on November 1, 2010. Valet parking is also available for all Jazz at the Bistro shows.
