We were able to net $200,000 for our youth education and outreach programs; this allows us to continue offering such programming free of cost to students and schools throughout the region. The generosity of so many people is directly responsible for the arts education of the nearly 100,000 students we’ve reached through the years—students who may not otherwise have had such an opportunity. We thank everyone involved for making this event such a success, and in so doing, allowing us to push forward with our mission to lead the community in advancing the uniquely American art of jazz.

Jazz St. Louis Gala 2010

This fabulous evening includes cocktails, dinner, a live auction of exceptional items, and full concert from hard-workin’ saxman Houston Person, the funk-filled group Good 4 the Soul and the dynamic Funky Butt Brass Band. The Jazz St. Louis All-Stars, our advanced group of high school musicians will also perform. Proceeds from the Gala benefit the youth education and outreach programs of Jazz St. Louis.
