Renewing Your JSL Subscription
Online renewal is available for patrons wishing to renew without changes to their current series. Please follow the instructions below to renew your Jazz St. Louis Subscription. Patrons who want to make changes to their series and/or seating should contact the Box Office via email at [email protected] or by phone leaving a message at 314.571.6000. We appreciate your patience as we are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time.

If you have logged in to your account in the past and cannot recall your password, click below to reset your password. Once you have located your password, return to this page (jazzstl.org/renew) to renew your series.
Send your renewal to us directly!
You can also send your order form directly to us to renew. A blank order form for you to print and fill out can be found here. You can find seating zones and a full list of Series concerts here. You can email your completed order form to [email protected], fax your completed order form to 314.571.6004, or mail your completed order form to the address below.
