Do you have parking?
Valet parking is available for all Jazz St. Louis performances. Discounted $15 parking may be purchased when ordering your tickets. Subscribers can pre-purchase valet parking for $10. Valet parking purchased on the night of a show begins at $20. The Grand Center Arts District has several pay lots available for most shows. There is on-street parking with meters running until 7:00 pm.

Do you have food?
Food and drinks by Birch Culinary are available for purchase at all Jazz St. Louis performances. Ordering is available throughout the concerts with the kitchen closing 30 minutes after the last set begins.
When may I arrive?
Guests attending the 7:30 pm performances can arrive as early as 6:00 pm to be seated and place their orders. 9:30 pm attendees are seated beginning at 9:00 pm and invited to show up early to Nancy’s Jazz Lounge. Doors for the Sunday 6:30 pm sets open at 5:00 pm, and Coffee Concert doors open at 10:00 am with the concert starting at 11:00 am.
Does a meal come with the price of the ticket?
Your ticket covers admittance to the concert only. Dinner and drinks are available for a separate charge.
Do I have to order food, or can I just get drinks?
Jazz St. Louis performances have no minimum, although we encourage you to dine with us.
Where is Jazz St. Louis located?
The Harold & Dorothy Steward Center for Jazz, home of Jazz St. Louis, is located at 3536 Washington Avenue (at Grand Boulevard), across from the Fox Theatre.
Will I be sitting with other people?
Jazz St. Louis uses family-style seating, so unless you have purchased all the tickets at a table, you will likely be seated with other patrons.
Do you have a dress code?
We do not have a dress code.
May I stay for the second set if I bought a ticket for the first set?
While we try to let you stay for the second set at no additional charge as often as possible, there will be times when there is not enough availability to do so. An announcement will be made after the first set to let you know whether you can stay for free or with the purchase of a discounted or full-priced ticket.
Are there any age restrictions?
Jazz St. Louis is an all-ages venue. Please be aware that the occasional artist or piece may deal with adult subjects.
May I take pictures?
Video and audio recordings are not allowed during JSL concerts. Non-flash photographs are allowed during most performances. However, please be mindful of your fellow patrons and the performers as light, including phone screens, and noise from your camera/phone can be a distraction.
How long are the performances?
Performances last approximately 70 minutes.

May I get a refund if I can not come to a show?
Jazz St. Louis tickets are nonrefundable unless a show is cancelled. Pending availability, you can exchange tickets for a different performance night with the same artist for a fee of $5 per ticket (exchanges are complimentary for subscribers).
What is Nancy’s Jazz Lounge?
Operated by Birch Culinary and located adjacent to the Ferring Jazz Bistro, Nancy’s Jazz Lounge is a casual no-reservations-needed bar and lounge. Nancy’s serves the same food and drinks as the Bistro while allowing patrons to enjoy live streaming Jazz St. Louis shows on a 90” TV – with no cover charge! Nancy’s Jazz Lounge is open on all Jazz St. Louis show nights and a great place to visit anytime you are in Grand Center.
